Sorry if i sound abrupt but there are many posts on this thread about smoke/smell/falling ash in other areas and thought i would ask for some advice and did not expect such a terse response.

Because my elderly Mother who has lung disease cannot be anywhere near smoke and she is due out next week to stay in LC. She is worried about the situation and is considering cancelling her trip....
