At the opticians in Los Cristianos just behind the little church.
Reasonable prices and they give you a little loyalty card which gives the seventh purchase free (I seem to remember)
Audio shop near to telepizza in Los cris. Very helpful.
Nearly all chineese shops have them in all sizes you will need .
