Thanks Canarybird. I especially like the one of thePeople sitting on a surface, with a pool behind and the Sea and distant Landscape further away.

Fender, I have to disagree about the costs in the north. We have a place Los Cris and visit twice a year. On each visit we travel to puerto for a couple of nights. I cannot think of anything that is more expensive than the south or in the UK.

The quality of food/service/price in restaurants is far superior. If we didn't have three young children, I would gladly swap my place in Los Cris for puerto. There is a lot more for children in the south but when they grow older.............

Yesterday's Sunday walk around La Paz in Pto. de la Cruz.

It was a very warm walk around noon.....not the best time of day to go, but there was a light breeze coming from the sea
and it was lovely to see the flowers in the sunshine.

The viewpoint in La Paz overlooking the Lido, Martianez Beach and downtown Puerto:

And taken a couple of days ago.....the red tulip trees are in full bloom as is the white stephanotis twining around one of my windows.
