Another Newbie Arrives in Tenerife.

Hi,

I arrived on the island two days ago and as I have already posted in the apartment rentals sections and the jobs section I thought I should come over here and introduce myself properly.

I am from the UK and my boyfriend is Swedish. We have just been travelling in South America for 5 months and while we were there we thought we would come here next in the hope of finding work. We might not have realised that this process is not as straightforward as we first hoped but if we get jobs and an apartment soon, we'll be sticking around rather than boarding the next Ryanair flight back home

If we are still here I'd love to meet people from the area and know what's going on in Tenerife!
