1 bed apartment for long or short term let in Santa Maria Torviscas Bajo, Tenerife

We have a one bedroom apartment in the Santa Maria complex in Torviscas Bajo available for short and long term lets. Currently let for the winter, but availability prior to 15th October if anyone requires it.
Availability for 2012 is from March 15th onwards and prices from £25 per night for short term let.
Torviscas, Fanabe, Puerto Colon and the surrounding areas are a great destination for holiday makers and for people living and working on the island. So many restaurants, supermarkets, bars and restaurants all within yards of the complex and only a quick walk down the pedestrian walkway to the Playa La Pinta beach.
I have friends living on the island who look after the apartment for me and are happy to help out with additional requests.
Hope this is of interest, in the meantime, looking forward to participating in various sections of this forum website as we love Tenerife and come over as often as we can - always good to see the sunshine!!

Hi Jaxie - thanks for your enquiry - the apartment is currently available for that time. The apartment has one bedroom and prices are based on double occupancy - we charge £25 per night (payable in advance) and 60 euros paid locally on arrival to cover the key handover and cleaning.
If you have any queries please let me know, but the location is excellent and the apartment was freshly decorated a few months ago, so everything is in great condition.

Hi Jacqueline - sorry the apartment only sleeps 3 adults - it has twin bedroom and 1 sofa bed, so not suitable for your family unfortunately.
