Our administrator is not registered or member of "Administradores Fincas", and as far as I have understood this is also not needed, however I have been told that if an administrator is not qualified, he/she is only allowed to do administrative tasks if 1) being an owner and 2) do not take any payments for the service. Can anyone confirm this, or elaborate on the rules for / qualifications of an administrator.

Regarding interests, are there then any formal requirements here in Spain to be allowed to charge interests?
