An enquiry about doctors and prices charged in Arona or Adeje, Tenerife

Where is the best doctors to go to in the arona/adeje area? How much does it cost with and with out your NIE?
Any help or information will be very appreciated!

You have three options to see a doctor.

1. The state health system. You would need to be entitled to use this and be registered.

2. Use a doctor within the structure of your medical insureres scheme.

3. Pay privately.

Your NIE number doesn't as such, enter into any of these options.

Dr Whittaker might be your best first choice if you do not qualify for treatment under the state system she is inexpensive and a very efficient and capable Doctor! blood tests are done on the spot and results are available within a couple of days so you don't even have the hassle of going to any of the local hospitals
