I have a share in a co-ownership apartment which is a 1 bedroom sleeps 4. 4 weeks each year (2 weeks in spring/summer and 2 weeks autum/winter) on Paloma Beach Los Cristianos.
We have an annual AGM and the maintainence is £400 which covers laundry cleaning of apartment,electricityandwater.
The complex is a very friendly place, the only reason I need to sell is because of berevement.
