Studio or 1 bed apartment for couple moving to south Tenerife in July

We are looking for a studio or 1 bed apartment for us moving to Tenerife for work 22/7/12 this will be a permanent move, we will be working in Las ameicas so anywhere in that area or surrounding areas would be great also we have 1 dog who would be joining us in 3 weeks time, very good natured and friendly. The maximum rent we would be willing to pay is 400 euros per month.

we are now able to pay a higher rent of between 400 - 500 euros per month also the dog would not be joining us for another 2 - 3 months as both myself and my partner will be working until we can afford to have him flown over.
