could someone recommend a good Spanish gestor that would help me with two complaints regarding Telefonica?
I sent two rounds of letters to Telefonica (recorded delivery), asking for cancelation of fixed line and a movistar contract, they keep ignoring and send me further invoices and charge my bank account.
I heard there's a complain procedure at the town hall through a special form , which is quite effective, but I need some help from a gestor with this. Thanks.
