2 very thin dogs...

On the short circuit walk near San Miguel called 'path of La Fuente Tamaide', I think, where the water always flows into an old stone made reservoir there are two (could be three) dogs chained in a little fenced area that look very thin.

Does anyone know about these dogs and whether they are being fed? It is difficult to see them well but when we saw them today one of them looked very sorry for itself and they aren't barking anymore.

Is there anything that can be done for them?

Oh dear, I hate to hear something like this...

Its sounds like the dogs have given up if they´ve stopped barking and possibly need help.

As they are chained up they probably have an owner and if they are not looked after then this is animal abuse. So I would think you would need to call the police in the first instance (though best of luck with that).
