Internet/VOIP issues with Telefonica

Hello,

Has anyone experienced reductions is VOIP availability with Telefonica recently? My parents have Bluface and they've been told that certain channels have been blocked by their Tenerife internet provider. They live there 6 months of the year, so this is a serious issue and any help would be really appreciated. For example, are there better internet providers available in Tenerife who won't restrict VOIP usage?

We have been using facetime on iPad ( 20 mins ago in fact) with Movistar as supplier of internet with no real problems .
