If you pop to Las Galletas to the fishing shop (Sayos!) under hotel Alborada, you can get all you need there at a good price - also, for a small fee, she'll organise your fishing licence, saves you a journey to Santa Cruz.
I did a spot of sea and river fishing many moons ago and to be honest I'm awful at it. I live near San Eugenio and heard the fishing was good from shore, by the harbour.
Any advice really appreciated, and I'm a proper idiot so info on where to get cheap tackle, licenses, times, setting up a rig (only fishing term I know) or if someone fancies tagging me along and just showing me, I'll provide beer and sarnies
Cheers Danny
