True but I've heard that you can get help, there are 'mention patches', 'mention chewing gum' and 'E mentions' available from the NHS. ...........

Its been quite nice in Tijoco Bajo all day...some cloud ,sunshine, slight breeze ...nice enough to sit outside or lie on the sun lounger ...which is what we have done with a nice cold beer and some eats ..

Been out a the pool,
two new lobsters on the island now!
Then went for a walk in the weather!
Absolutly luverly so it is! Was 23deg
And its still warm.
More of the same please!!
