can someone actually give a review on this new motown venue.ie which acts are on ,does it do food,drink prices and whether it is worth a visit

Back on the market i see. Its so hard to make money down in that area. In fact this "sliding scale/per local" rent system in Tenerife is strangling new bars at birth, few survive year 2 and 3, even 1! Seems to be the same rent for locale size as a minimum, then add on a few quid for sea view or near the market, no allowance given for how long its been failing, foootfall, hotels/apts nearby. Recipe for continual failure. Maybe some landlords like it that way huh?

I think you will find it was "Bought" very cheap and the new owners are just making a killing!!!(Thats Business)!!!!

was in here a few nights after it opened, same sort of prices as most bars here, lovely venue and 2 great acts that evening Mr D and Topazz

seem to be doing ok when we were on the Island coupla week ago!

I believe so Davie (Thistle and Dragon i think), never been, heard good reports, saw it in estage agents again as of today.
