When the 'contact us' facility is used for help etc, could you please include your user name in the query.
Only your Email and IP are included so it takes time to identify you.
Where it says 'Name' would do.
Most reports come through with members nicknames and email addresses only so it takes time to identify the account.
Simple request but it would save us a lot of time and enable us to respond more quickly.
