How can I get broken furniture removed in Tenerife?

I was wondering if anybody could advise who in Tenerife can remove furniture. I have a broken fridge/freezer in my apartment and I need someone to remove this.

Like the UK is there a company that can come by?

If you are replacing the old with new, the company supplying the new item will often take the old one away.....

You can also call the Town Hall and ask for a pick up service. You would only need to put it outsite on the street the day they tell you. You would ask for "recogida de enseres".
