Can anyone help me and tell me how to and what documents I need to aquire a 'Certificado de Empadronamiento'.
My area is Amarilla Golf and I'm a owner not renting if that's relevant..

Not sure about your area but Adeje requires
Passport and copy
Proof of address and copy (Rental Contract or page of Escritura with your name and address )
Certificado de Residencia and copy(Green Certificate)
I'm sure others will be along to Advise on your area .
