I remember seeing a list of those complexes which are bona fide holiday complexes but can't find it on here now. I presume it's somewhere in the massive illegal lettings thread!
Can anyone tell me which ones are legal? I do remember it was a very short list of about 6 but the only one I can remember for sure is Parque Albatros.

San Andreas if you book through the proper resort agent..
las adelfas 1 and 2
Las Adefas 1&2 are only long term let not short term holiday let.. Correct me if I'm wrong.
before we bought ,we stayed there several times for 1 and 2 and 3 weeks
I think you will find that was illegal letting..unless you were staying in family or friend place.
For a bonafide short term (under 6 months) let or holiday let you need a staffed reception and if the complex has a pool you need an on duty life guard while the pool is open. Also booking has to be made through the assigned onsite letting agent.
These, I believe are the correct rules & law..
Again please correct or add if anyone can..

we, at the time for a few years booked adelfas through a travel agent for weeks only , so it must be legal
Las Adelfas is advertised on the Internet, but to my knowledge, one of them is residential. I get mixed up which is 1 and which is 2, but I think the residential one is the one that's further down behind Grandee O'Donnells.
