Anyone interested in a couple of long cycle rides?

I am coming over for a couple of weeks from the 3rd August 2013 and wonder if there are any cyclists who would be interested in a couple of long cycle rides. I am training for an Ironman and will need to do about 180 km on each ride. I am intending to hire a road bike from the cycle shop in El Medino. 180k on your own is a very long way and extremely boring. Cheers,

I'm based in El Medano, but I'm kind of new to the sport. 100km is about my limit at the moment. If you want company and I don't slow you down I could maybe ride off with you at the start - and you can lose me along the way!

Hi Nicole,

That sounds good to me. There is also Foz's other half so maybe we could all get together to see how far we get. I am not a particularly fast cyclist. I also have an hours run at the end of the bike session to do. Will be fun in the heat!
