    Cannot upload photos on to a PM

    I cannot upload photos from my computer to attach in a PM I am using Apple iMac and the Safari browser! I have just tried on Chrome and still I am only given the option to insert a URL I have gone to Advanced but still not given the option to upload from my computer! Can anyone help please? Thanks!!!

    I have just now tried Firefox...still no joy!
