    Is there a demand for long term lets during the summer in Tenerife?

    Hello everybody

    I am new to this forum and I have a question for you. I would like to buy a property (preferably 2 bedroom bungalow) on Tenerife South, use it during winter months and let it long term rest of the year (because short term letting is illegal as I understand). Is there any demand for that kind of property during summer?

    P.S. Please excuse my English, I am not a native speaker.
