    TV charity adverts

has anyone noticed there have been a lot of charity adverts on lately? i don't mind giving to charity, i frequently do, and even have money taken out of my wages every month, but i still feel that they are ramming them down our throats, it is expensive for families this time of year as it is without these begging adverts, and if you do give to one, which one do you choose, what with all the stories of for every £1 given the charity gets about 1p or something stupid, and most of the money going in admin and keeping some fat cat in a high paid job with a nice house, it doesn't fill you with confidence
