ITV is next week, but the wife rolled into a car

After a prolonged wait for documents for our newer car (only got the Ficha Technica last week!, i found out the ITV expired on 3rd January, but luckily before we booked one for 27th Jan (next Monday) to cover ourselves back at the end of december, problem is the wife rolled backwards into a car, will there be any problems with Traffico or insurance regarding the fact that the ITV had lapsed? (looks like it will easily pass the next one)
