Have you seen the summary of the latest Double Tax Agreement UK- Spain

Ay non payment of the business tax for property held in Spain will bw considered evasion not avoidance and wiil be subject to subject to Spainish Tax evation rules.

Comes into force 1/1/2015 Spain.. 04/04/2015 UK.. Also lots of comments on trust fumd vasion tatics as well...

I think we all agree on paying the Spanish Taxes as we do the UK taxes as well. The original question seemed the opposite. Its just not worth it.
