What is the cost of owning property in Tenerife?

Hi,

What is the cost of owning a 2 bedroom apartment i.e.
- Will I have to pay property tax and how much?
- How much are standing charges for electricity?
- Are apartment management fees expensive?
- Are there water or refuse charges?
- Are there any other local taxes or charges?

A will range from approx £1000 to £2000 - a year depending where it is and what facilities that's minimum

For me for a 5 bedroom house

400 euro a year internet
550 insurance
600 taxes ( according to the last owner)
electric last month was 105 euro

not sure about refuse collection. I guess admin fees for pool etc would be between 50-100 a month.
