What is the cost of pool maintenance on a community in Tenerife?

I'm just doing a bit of research.

If your community has a pool, how much do you pay for your pool maintenance?

What size is the pool?
How often is it cleaned/hoovered?
Does the maintenance include the cost of the chemicals?

Our Community pool is 120m2 in area - recently re-tiled to meet regulations at a cost of around €45K- is heated in winter , Nov- May, cleaned and hoovered every morning by Technicos .
Our Budgeted Maintenance for pool , which is mainly chemicals ,filtration system ,comes in around €20K ,we have to dispose of 33% water regularly depending on salt concentration , add about €10k for heating costs and electricity for pumping .EWe do almost all our own maintenance and testing , some sent to local lab in Adeje.
Our community has approximately 148 apartments and is used Touristically ( but we won´t go there!)
