Where can I get international, annual, multi trip medical cover?

Hi all,
Could anyone please tell me if they have experience/knowledge of this type of medical cover.
My wife and I are both over 65 and have an apt. in Tenerife which we use several times a year for stays up to 70 days.....so medical insurance is our main priority; not the holiday type of cover[which is very limited because of our age and length of stay]

As in previous posts , we have an annual policy through our RBS account and due to declared medical conditions we pay around 470 pounds for both that allows us up to 160 days at a time .
I someone with a Black account that gets them 90 days cover , but you need megabucks to be in it !!
I believe Nationwide also have a similiar account .
There are others on here who have posted details previously .
Bear in mind your EHIC will also give you emergency cover at public hospitals as well .
