What's the process of renewing an expired ITV on a motorbike?

I am considering buying a bike but the ITV has expired. Does anyone know what the process is to get a new ITV for a bike that has been garaged / off the road and the ITV has expired. I assume that you would need to be insured but is there anything else that needs to be done? I assume an ITV needs to be booked, does the bike need to be driven from where it is to the ITV station or will be appointment give you some flexibility?

    Re: Expired ITV on Motorbike

Just book it and turn up. The most legal way is to transport it there but you would have to be really unlucky to get caught riding it to the I.T.V. station! The one in Adeje is always quiet, no ques.
