    Well, i had written off getting anything back but since Kate came on here and got involved, we have been refunded our deposit, doesnt take away the previous stress but she seems determined to right a few wrongs, well done Kate and of course the Tenerife Forum.
    Just when i thought i was out............They pull me back in.

    We've been in the UK since the end of July, but have had no emails from Europa telling us we need to buy a new box.

    Has everybody else got a new box now, or are the old ones still working? Is it a bluff? Or will our TV have gone off?

    not bothered cos something else is bound to come along...

    We have now heard from Europa that we need a new box.

    So what has everyone else done?

    Have you changed provider? If so, to who? How much did it cost?

    Have you stayed with Europa and got the new box? If so, how much did you pay for it?
