Help me find my stolen ring, pale swimming pool blue blood stone in gold

Hi

I had my bag stolen from the Melia Jardines Del Teide in May 2014

20 CARAT WEDDING BAND - NO HALLMARK
18 CARAT Eternity ring with 7 diamonds, 1/3 carat with hallmark
Blue oval, swimming pool coloured stone, similar to turquoise in a 20 carat gold setting...q size, no hallmark. 100 plus years old

Unsure of where someone might sell such items...any info greatly received

Shocking, please say you have pressurised the Hotel parent company, and the hotel manager? Did you have any insurance, and did you report the crime? This is a decent hotel and bad news for us all if this is being ignored, good luck, my eyes will be peeled, how awful for you.
