Long term rental around the San Eugeno or Torviscas area of La Americas

Hi all,

I'm currently staying in a short term 1 bed in Torviscas courtesy of a friend, but I need something long term as I've moved here now. I'd be looking for a minimum of 6 months, preferably 12 months and would need a rent agreement as well, 2 beds ideally as I need a room as an office (I work from home).

I can pay a deposit and rent in advance to protect you from any hassle, I'd just like somewhere okay to live, I don't mind if it needs a good clean or a lick of paint, but I would have to draw the line at refitting a kitchen for you (unless we do a really good deal anyway!).

My budget has some flexibility, but I'd prefer to keep it under €600/month if possible. I also need half decent broadband, so something airfibre.es works (sight of La Gomera I believe) or at least 8meg adsl working, vdsl is a real bonus if it's available.

Thanks for reading, if you have anything available please PM me, I'm already here so happy to come and do viewings, I should get my NIE sorted on Tuesday morning and I'm keen to be in before Christmas, but I have a couple of weeks flexibility for the right apartment if it's required.
