Long term rental in Los Gigantes/Santiago from January 2015

Hi,

I'm looking for a long term rental in Los Gigantes from the end of Jan 2015.

The ideal property would have sea views, pool, large balcony and be no more than 600-650 Euro PCM Inc bills.

A must is the availability for a private broadband line for work.

A minimum of 6 months but I'm willing to agree to 12 for the right place.
