    I will be in the plaza at Puerto de la Cruz this year. In previous years I've seen the new year in from the plazas of Santa Cruz and Los Gigantes, and watched the coastal fireworks at a distance from a Casa Rural above Arona. It will be great to sample Puerto this year.
