What's the cost of owning a car in Tenerife?

Can anybody help with the cost of buying and owning a car in Tenerife?
How much would roughly it costs for 10 year old Ford Focus category car, 2000 euros?
road tax cost?
Insurance for somebody British (if that matters, what about no claims in the uk?) in their 50's
What about prices for tyres, cost of ITV etc, how does it compare with the UK?

cars expensive, insurance cheap, road tax cheap too, tires expensive, itv 35eur i think for petrol diesel 45. but they are very fussy almost like an idiots i got fail for small rust on the rear bumper the reason - someone can cut their leg into that rust then walking by lol, i thought its a joke initially but they there very seriousD
