Street stall / market stall

Hi,
I`ve read this forum but i still need some answers and was hoping you can help me.
I`m moving to Tenerife in August 2015 and planning to stay there for 1 month.
In my country i have a business that sells handpainted goods -online store too and i want to ask if there is a way i can sell in a street stall in Tenerife also. If yes what documentation do i need? From where? How much? Any info you can give me will be much appreciated.

I also have one question. How is with street performance and fire shows... I can work on the street or I can get someone punished
