I need to rent a car for long term

I will move to Tenerife on 15 September and i need to rent a car for 6 months. Last time when i rent one, i rent it from a British guy who had a small park but meantime he moved back to UK. Do you know anybody who is renting cars in Tenerife for long term? If you cannot post it here (for any reason), please ask him to contact me via email gvluciam @ gmail .com (remove spaces)

I have seen an add in one of the local papers about private long term car hire but that's as far as I can help. You may have to sort it out when you get there.
