Hiya. Sorry if I sound dumb asking this question but I have not been off the island for two years. Have bought a ticket to the Madrid and have been told that I do not need to bring any documents with me to prove I have resident discount because it is now electronic. Would just like this confirmed `cos I don`t want to get to the airport and not have my special form. When was it changed ? Thanks.
