On Thursday evening our internet stopped about 5.30, too late to call Direct Telecom. I phoned at 9.00 in the morning, spoke to engineer who said they would send someone out, to check phone line as it was noisy. At 2.00 ish I phoned again to ask what was happening, as before we have taken router to Adeje and if I wanted things fixed for weekend would have to go soon, the engineer said he would check up on this for me. I thought maybe we would be without internet and tv all weekend, but at 3.15 an engineer arrived and stayed till 5.30 until he fixed the problem. Most impressed. I know of family in UK who wait 3 to 4 days to get internet fixed. Well done Direct Telecom.
