Any way bit of a strange one was asked to check speed on movistar site and get full speed, so I put a stream on and buffering like mad, check speed with ookla and its ****e so I turn on vpn and set to Madrid and get full speed so there's deffo some sort of local routing issue but they won't admit it.ill just have to use vpn for now.
