I am considering to buy a touristic property in the upcoming months and was looking at opportunities in Garden City.
Is there anyone that could share which policy the on site sole agent for this complex applies to owners for touristic rentals?
I would be interested in knowing if there is a minimum number of weeks the apartments need to be available for rent over the whole year , if there is any restriction on how many and which weeks within a year the owner can use the apartment, and how are the overall returns.
Any help or clarification on this would be very appreciated.
