Urgent Inquiry on properties in Spain/Tenerife

I am interested in purchasing a properties in real estate in Spain and would like to make quiet a huge investment. I would appreciate contact information of sellers in any part of Tenerife who own properties for sale or have information on such. I have been in touch with a number of agents in the past few months and the terms do not seem favorable especially since I want to know the owner of the property and getting history to inquire on tax on property requires a lawyers service which is quiet expensive and stressful.
