Horizonte Residential Complex in Los Cristianos

I am looking to purchase an apartment on the Horizonte residential complex in Los Cristianos.

Does anybody have any knowledge about this complex concerning whether they feel it is good place to buy at. I would very much appreciate some opinions from people who are familiar with the complex. Thank you in advance.
