Apartment For 2 Adults and two kids Ages 2 and 6 months in Los Cristianos/Americas

Hi Guys> Usually stay at Paloma Beach through a member on here but cant confirm availibilty of Apartment at the moment.
Requirements are washing machine, pool, kitchen and close to ameinities
Will have two buggies so will need ground floor or lift and a safe balcony for kids.
Also dont have a huge budget Sorry !!!
Would appreciate any replies
