How do I get barcode tax labels from Hacienda?

Hi relocated here 2 weeks ago and have some personal belongings etc on their way here . Have been told by shipping agent in tenerife that they need some barcode labels which i can get from hacienda , has anyone else recently had to get these ,is so where do i go and what do i need to take with me ,he sent me a copy of form modelo 030 which i presume i need to fill in .Any help would be appreciated

Hi We got ours from the tax office. Take every piece of paperwork that you have with you. You never know what they will ask for

ye we had the same... we bought our property so our solicitors sorted the paperwork, we just scanned it into the computer and e-mailed everything to them.. i hope your belonging arrive to you in good order.. most of our-s was smashed. Thanks to either the uk removal people or the shipping compay ggrrrr :0(

The tax office for the south is opposite the green Hospiten hospital in Play de Las Americas. You can get them there.
