Apartment sought for Winter, 2011, in west Tenerife

Greetings.

I am looking for a flat/apartment from November onwards, for a period of 3 or more months.
As my aim is to do some serious studies, I'm looking for somewhere fairly quiet.
I'm open to suggestions as to location but I have to admit the area of Playa de la Arena/Puerto de Santiago is quite nice.
The warmer weather would be an added bonus, escaping the freezing cold of the U.K. will put a smile on my face ;-))
Any details of costs, photo's, what's included and any other useful information would be most helpful (I'm an I.T. Geek so Internet access would desired, if at all possible).
I intend to jet out the 1st week of November to do some viewing/recon., etc.
