Need to Furnish 2 Bedroom Apartment Golf Del Sur

Hi. On 26 June I complete for the purchase of a 2 bedroom penthouse in Winter Gardens, Golf Del Sur. It comes with beds, but I'll need everything else including:
Sofa - 3 Seater
Sofa Bed
Dining table & 4 chairs
Balcony table & 4 chairs
45 inch plus TV
TV display unit
32 inch plus TV
4 Sun loungers
Coffee table
Microwave Oven
Toaster, Kettle, Cups, Plates, Cutlery and lots more.

I'm planning to let the penthouse, so I'm looking for reasonable quality, but not too expensive.
Is anybody selling up and having a clear out?
Any suggestions?
I'll also need transport which I'll hire if necessary.

Maybe i am missing your point?,but surely if you buy a property,you buy all the furniture new to go with it,ok you can go to the auction rooms and buy some decent second hand furniture items..........but kettle,toaster,plates knives and forks etc,etc??

Why buy new? As stated, I'm planning to let. Agreed it's a long shot, but if somebody is selling up and moving back to UK, this could be mutually beneficial.
