A special recipe for a very tasty soup (for 3-4):
2 big fat Leeks, and 3 big, or 7 small potatoes
Half a small fresh ginger
1 full tea spoon of ground cumin
1 full tea spoon of raw mustard
3 big full spoons of desiccated coconut,
2 full spoons of garlic powder,
100 grams of Gorgonzola cheese, lots of natural antibiotics there, ( if u bought it in a package u can keep if in the fridge for cooking pasta, or macaroni later)
Half a pack of mushrooms
Salt and black pepper as needed.
A little bit of fresh parsley
Chop the leek (average 1 cm pieces), and ginger (to very small pieces), fry for about 5 minutes together, then add 3-4 full glasses of water and let boil slowly over 20 min. Lower the fire.
Cut the potatoes to small portions after u boil them separately and add them to the leek soup.
Then add cumin, garlic powder, coconut powder, mustard, and add mushrooms at the end not to boil for more than 3-4 min, and finish it off with melting Gorgonzola (stir until it dissolves fully). DO Not worry Gorgonzola will not taste too strong in this soup and will give it a very subtle taste!
Dilute at the end as needed with more water depending how thick or dilute u want it.
Pour some chopped fresh parsley on top after u serve in the bowl.
